High quality with low complexity
This is a fantastic game. The components are very high quality. Big oversized counters that are easy to read and to move around. A very nice map board, which much more desirable than a map sheet. Rules are concise, at 12 pages, and easy to follow. Games comes with multiple scenarios and a number of optional rules. A lot of replay value here. The game looks, feels and plays like a Battle of the Bulge game should. One of the best games I have played for this battle.

A beer & pretzels game and, at the same time, a realistic simulation
Based on not having played it a single time, it looks to be a lot of fun. By that I mean a "beer & pretzels" type of game, but not unrealistic.
