Litman lightweight II SE Steth
The Litman steth is extremely comfortable becausehe fit is superb and it is very light. Even better , it produces an excellent level and quality of sound that make it much more accurate to use when checking BP for example. This is a serious high quality instrument that is a pleasure to use, I am very, happy with this purchase. My old steth was painful to use because of it's extreme weight and poor performance.
