Good - but it depends….
The Milenco steering lock is arguably one of the best out there at the moment, and you would be forgiven for thinking it would be ideal solution for classic cars. However it seems the steering lock is designed to fit only fat, modern chunky steering wheels. While as a lock it still works on my original 1970s steering wheel, it’s fit is very sloppy on the wheel with or without these pads. I was hoping these pads would help resolve or reduce this issue but they don’t. While they create a certain amount of cushioning for the lock to rest against, the lock remains as “sloppy” on the wheel as it is without them. Other reviews I read, say they’re a bit of a pain because they tend to fall off while fitting or removing the lock - so glueing them on might be an idea because yes, they can dislodge themselves while fitting or removing the lock! In conclusion I will need to either make my steering wheel temporarily fatter using something like pipe lagging or otherwise make the lock body fatter. These pads are not the solution if you have a classic car with a thin steering wheel. Depending on your situation, I can recommend them for a modern car, but for my intended purpose of using these pads on a classic steering wheel, they don’t help and I therefore can’t recommend them; you may be better off saving your money and using it for devising your own padding.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

After 2 weeks of using them they already the material is week and the pads are not staying on the steering wheel lock after taking off the steering wheel. Which means at some point I will lose them. Stops the steering lock from pressing into the soft steering wheel cover. Only drawback is they keep falling off. Lost one but decided to buy another pair and modify Solved the problem by welding the opening shut using a soldering iron with a flat blade. Does the job - could have been better designed.
Yes it works which is good. Is it made to fit? - sort of but not very 'well' fitting with a tendency to fall off when not on the wheel. Could have been better designed and tested - it wasn't. When first fitted in cold weather the soft rubber pads stayed on the steering lock when removed to drive vehicle.But when hot weather the rubber pads keep falling off when lock is removed because the rubber pads are then to soft to keep clipped around the lock and easily fall off which is very frustrating when they bounce under car .Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
