I really like this workout. It is challenging, but fun. Very different routine. This is a toning workout, not a lot of cardio but very effective. There are 2 workouts plus a quick 10 minute routine if you are short on time. Includes a warm up at the beginning and a stretch at the end.
Great DVD. I really enjoyed the workout. It was not too hard to do the first time, but not too easy that there isn't room for improvement in the future.
If you want a change in your workout,that's the perfect dvd. It works,you feel the burn after a workout!!
