It got our TV back up and running!
The One Connect Box gave us the use of our TV back. The TV went out shortly after the year mark, Samsung told us to call a repair person, repair person said to go buy a new TV. We found the listing for the One Connect Box and decided to purchase it as it would be less expensive than a new TV. I box works, we now have a working TV. Great purchase. Well worth trying if your TV just went out without warning. So glad we found the listing and it has a guarantee, if it hadn't worked we wouldn't be out our money. Thank you so much! A step up, but not jaw droping
Good in that it does make the system full 4K compatible and can run internet 4K videos like Netflix. Image no major change but better, be sure to have high speed internet. Smart hub is functional and slightly faster than before however changing source is slow to pop up. Overall it does upgrade and enhance the F9000 but don't pay full price. The so called super fast CPU does so on some things but not throughout. I would recommend it only if you are not happy with what the original One Connect has to offer. At this point I would probably buy a new OLED set or on budget an UHD 4K set unless you find this Evolution Kit cheap. Follow setup correctly or you will have issues, find a video on YouTube. Netflix and Amazon HDR
Finally get to watch Netflix and Amazon in HDR and with Dolby Digital Plus: Surround Sound using Nvidia Shield Interface is a bit slow. Apps besides Amazon and Netflix seem pretty much abanded. The built in browser loves to crash and has security issues related to SSL/TLS. Too bad I cant use the older smart remote. Perfer it over the small one that comes with this unit. Ruined my TV's speakers
Let me be clear, there is a noted improvement with the picture after installation, however my TV's internal cabinet speakers have seemed to shut off. It sounds like a mono channel being run through only the tweeters. Not happy that I have to sacrifice dolby digital surround sound for a better picture. When I uninstall the kit the speakers work as they are intended to. So it appears I have purchased a $400.00 paper weight. DO NOT BUY.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A must for compatible Samsung TV
To squeeze every bit of performance and image quality from your compatible but aging 4K Samsung TV this unit is a must. It won't produce miracles, but you'll definitely notice faster image processing and some sort of semblance of HDR. I believe that everyone on the AVS forum has raved about the product to the "nth" degree so I will just leave it at that and just say I am very pleased with the way it performs and the ease of hook up to my Samsung HU8700 television. I am still waiting for my 4K Samsung DVD player to arrive to complete my UHD system and that unit is getting great reviews, too. New tech seems better

You have to SEE IT to BELIEVE it .
The depth of clarity and richness of field is outstanding. I followed instructions, made some adjustments to my the television and the rest was 'Magic" even shows in non HD were up scaled to almost 1080p clarity. And the actual HD was up scaled to 4k quality especially online viewing, just unbelievable visually clear. It makes watching everything online so awesome. You have to see it to believe it. Works well with hu55 series. You must search on youtube the correct way to back up existing info on current tv before hooking this up. This is key. Once you do that, everything works as described.
