Mostly great product.
The mount holds my phone securely. I haven't had any problems with it moving from were I set it . It does have a glue type substance on the bottom pad as well as the suction device. Make sure it is exactly were you want it before you stick it to the dash or window. It's not going to move from there. Found that out the hard way.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I would give 0 stars if i could
First, as soon as i used it a screw fell out that held the phone where i wanted it. Second, it was too small for my phone (i have the iphone 8 plus). Theres a button that gets triggered when yoh place your phone into the holder causing the sides to clamp to my phone. It never did this with my phone Finally, once i was able to squeeze my phone into it, it was too heavy and the suction gave out causing it to fall.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I am very impressed by this mount. It's extremely adjustable even the bottom piece that holds the phone on the bottom edge can slide to allow you to plug in your charging cable. Good features but its heavy and gets heavier with the phone mounted on it!

To get right to the point, the only issue I have about this is that the tension screw on the arm is difficult to grip, and doesn't tighten easily. The good news is, once you get it tightened where you want it, it doesn't slip and you can just leave it there forever. The suction cup is strong and stays stuck, the phone clip system is slick and I couldn't be more pleased with that part of it.
