Too small for even my skinny female hands.
I had previously used two of these which came with the brand name "Yantra" acupressure equipment, so I expected these to be the same. These are just too tight for me, so no help to my arthritic fingers. Shame because the quality is good, and the metal does not leak any discolouring onto the fingers. Unless your hands are tiny..don't bother (my wedding ring is size "f")
