Manufacture Date on CP1215 is years old
I purchased a new HP LaserJet CP1215 because buying HP Ink for my all in one HP inkjet was ridiculously expensive. The 4 toner cartridges can be a bit expensive at $60 each but I hope they will last a good bit longer than the inkjet. Also, if you don't print on an inkjet at least once a week, the ink nozzles tend to clog or dry up. HP's trickery with ink cartridges is the stuff class action lawsuits are made of. In the early 90's HP products were reliable. Now they give you the inkjet printer for next to nothing and scam you on the price of ink, with expiration dates and reporting cartridges with ink remaining, as being empty. This HP Laserjet is a bit slow at 12 PPM, but for our purposes printing items for church it should be fast enough. I am only giving it 3 stars because it prints slow and the toner cartridges are expensive, plus they harange you constantly if you don't install "genuine" HP toners. Blue streaks on all my printed sheets
