Not like I remember
This vacuum was my all-time favorite because of it's ease of use and efficiency. I lost mine when my house got flooded and was so excited to see this listed on Ebay. When the vacuum was delivered it looked brand new. We were so excited to try it out and unfortunately, it only worked for about 5 minutes, max. We figured it may have to be charged again, as it was new and may have not fully charged, but the same thing happened each time. I barely get one room cleaned before I have to charge it again and it doesn't seem to pick up hair and dust like the old one did. Live and learn I guess...Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

This is good for what it is
This thing is great as long as you have realistic expectations. It's not like a Dyson or a Shark, but for quick clean ups, and as a rechargeable vacuum, it's great. PRO: lots of power. Empties easily. Improved roller brush does a great job. CON: The only thing I don't like about this unit is it does not have a charging stand. The charger plugs directly into the unit. If you have owned one of the earlier models you are used to just grabbing the stick and using it. So far so good
This is my fifth(?) Ergorapido vacuum. I find they last maybe a few years at best. This one seems powerful and I like the styling. The only issue I have is that with my others, when pulling out the cup to empty the pieces always came out together and with this one the inner piece separated from the other piece. Not sure if it is a defect or not. I also noticed that the attachments are a bit more difficult to get on with this version. Good enough for now
I purchased this exact one before. They work pretty well initially but gradually lose suction as the internal rechargeable batteries wear out. This product will last around a year before you'll be throwing it out. Unless you are skilled at taking things apart and replacing batteries that are soldered in place then don't waste your time trying to replace them. The batteries were available but they are nearly the cost of the entire vacuum. When my first one died I didn't have the time to shop around so I ordered another one and am reasonably satisfied for what it is.
