great little drive, i wasn't aware it was unformatted but other than than cant complain

This was a very good purchase and it has served me well, it is much faster than the old drive I had and when you now look at the cost of the same drives I am sure glad that I purchased this when I did. it arrived earlier than expected so I am very pleased with the overall purchase and will be back for more.

very fast and good quality power full seagate hard disc drive with 500 gb space so you can save photo movies and much more
I bought this drive a while back to replace a bigger but slower drive in my new laptop, I have not managed to install it yet as it needs to be preinstalled with a SATA driver with Win 7 (can't even load Vista on it) - seemingly impossible task without an actual Win 7 disk and a floppy drive so, I have no comment to make about it's faster revs at this time.
