Comes with clear instructions and works fine. This may not apply in your case but when booting from dvd/cd drive on laptop the words DVD appeared followed by a number of dots and then the system booted into the old version of windows, by chance on the second attempt I hit the enter key as soon as the DVD message appeared on bootup and it installed fine so if it will not boot up try pressing the enter key as soon as DVD .. appears. I am a novice when it comes to computers but needs to upgrade from Vista. The process was ok with the help of instructions included in package. I did however not manage to save existing files as it did not stop trying to load, so opted following the step by step instructions and this loaded the new Windows 7 successfully.
