Just when my old machine packed up, the opportunity came up to replace it with this one. I’m not convinced it’s not brand new! Finally decided to go with bean to cup, there are a plethora of machines, each 'the best....', the price was right, it makes espressos and lattes as good as coffee shops, albeit with a degree of tinkering but once set up, no problems.
