Fantastic, iv bought many others in the past from other places that just overheat or pull your hair. This one didn't do that at all, kept cool, wasn't loud and cut my hair very well, best pair iv ever owned Has a UK plug which is perfect and cable was nice and long, Iv zero complaints about it
