The Eastman MD-615 is an F-style mandolin with eight strings. Using premium and individually hand-carved tonewoods, this instrument has a solid spruce top, solid flamed maple back and sides and a 12-inch ebony fingerboard with an adjustable bridge. With F-style body and F-holes, it enables warm tones and provides good sound projection. This mandolin has a chrome cast tailpiece, chrome schaller tuners, D'Addario J74 strings, and 22 Dunlop frets.
