Used this before and it does not disappoint. Perfect for sealing patios. + points, easy to use , dries fairly quickly, looks amazing when dry, repels water really well - points, strong smell (OK in well ventilated areas). Difficult to find at the moment

Certainly is not a 'One Coat' product!
20 year old garage floor thoroughly swept, 'One Coat' did not seal using a roller. Second coat only just covers in most places. Some areas require a third coat so too costly.

Not as good as the original 2 coat version.
The 1 coat version tends to sit on the concrete rather than soak in like the original. I prefer the original.
