Have to be honest, I was dubious ordering this and though I'd be relegating it to a dusty box on a shelf. But it's brilliant. Has transformed how we can use our TV, hidden features we haven't been able to use since our original remote broke and we were just using regular remote. We were new to the world of smart tvs so didn't realise what we were missing out on. Really pleased with this.

Samsung used to make fantastic remote controls! Now they are far too small and difficult to get the right button. They need to look to improve before people go elsewhere! It's no use having the best TVs if they are difficult to operate! !!!!
