I bought these as a replacement for a pair I returned to eBay which cost £3 less than these. What a difference. These are really astonishing quality for the size and price. They feel sturdy and all the adjustments are reassuringly smooth. Optically they are not quite as good as my full size Carl Zeiss pair but they cost £13 !! Would highly recommend them.

Get your eye in, then move the magnification lever, and start all over again. If you're looking at the same thing every time, great, but if you're moving around the sky, then forget it. Far too jirky and in smooth. Pay £50more and get a better pair.

I wanted these so I could see the seals on scroby sands. They are very good quality as with all other types of binoculars they are hard to stop shaking. Now looking for a lightweight tripod to go with them Well worth the price

You get what you pay for. These are not very good and too heavy to be practical. The magnification is not particularly great and the zoom function just makes it impossible to focus properly.

What can I say - precision optics they're not, but what do you expect for 38 quid? These are a present for a ten year old girl, and for that they're perfect (albeit they're quite heavy for little hands to hold) - If you want proper binoculars, then spend £300 somewhere else - for a bit of fun (you can see details in the moon at night, and daytime distant objects ok) then these work just fine.
