EOS IX Lite
Having read several articles on a fad photography format called APS (Advanced Photography System) from the Mid-90's, I purchased for my Son, a Kodak Advantix Camera. It offered all that a snap happy teen with no interest in photography might want. Ease of film loading, three image sizes, and all things automatic, for free and easy shots without the fuss of tinkering with settings. The images we found were just a little grainy, but the colors were vivid, and had a lovely bokeh, for such a small insignificant camera. After more research, I chose Canon's EOS IX Lite for a reasonable APS SLR for my own use, having read stellar things about this small but meaty little performer. Impressive (and now cheap) technology
Old APS cameras are pennies on the dollar, but were well made and pretty advanced. If you can get a good source of APS film (it's all expired, but there are places who've had it properly stored), they are a lot of fun.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
