This is a product that everyone who cooks should use. I frequently scream at tv cooks when they use cornflour paste in recipes. I use it for sauces, soups, gravy, casseroles, stews. You can use one tbsp to more depending on how thick you like it. Dissolves instantly with no lumps and you can't taste it. My "best thing since sliced bread" product. Can't cook without it.
