Very impressed I’m a big guy and the stool is strong and sturdy enough for me to sit comfortably for hours. Purchased for fishing rivers and canals when I want to travel light and ideal for this the bag is strong with ample pockets and space to take everything I need and have space to spare. Not great but very good.
I’ve had a cheapo sack-stool for many years and find them excellent. This one is a good buy, but be aware you are unable to use both side pockets at once. Opening and closing the stool fouls one or other side pocket. The rucksack is made from a good strong material with robust buckles and tapes. It swallows a days fishing tackle and being the size it is, allows me to cycle to my peg unhindered. It’s brilliant!! Plenty of room to pack stuff in the rucksack. A light frame, and a great wee seat so that when you have a lunch stop on your hill walk or climb, you don’t have to sit on the ground - which in Scotland is probably damp, and/or full of ticks! Good, strong quality as you would expect from the company. Looked quite small when I first got it but there is loads of space inside. Used it three or four times for fishing and I can't fault it!
