it is white hard polystyrene and i feel that the product picture misrepresents what it actually is in my opinion.
Personally disappointed as I do not like to leave negative opinions. It does not look like the product in the picture. It is as the measurements state and if hard white polystyrene is what your after it would suffice.

Having replaced the 'loo I found the enclosed cistern was suffering from condensation..... by lining the wall with these polystyrene sheets it has cured the problem.
