great camera
This is the second one of these cameras that I have purchased. They are a great little camera for the money. Very crisp image quality, so much so that I have people tell me all the time that I have a great picture on their end. The auto focus and auto white balance work very well and in my office environment I often get up and move around while I am talking and the camera keeps everything in focus. The built in microphone is also handy too with good audio quality, plus it just takes up one USB port for the camera and audio. It is easy to setup and use and you will be in business in less than five minutes. Honest opinion
Stand could be a lot better with some secure mechanism (it has none). Fair cable length, not to long, not to short. Really easy to set up with the logitech software. The led indicator is nice to have to know when it is recording. You get what you pay for, it is not too good, but it is good, it does it's job. As for the condition it came in: a little scratched box, nothing to worry about, no damage to the product. If you are not using a laptop for this (stand is the problem) and need a kinda cheap and reliable camera I would say go for this. For me it works perfectly.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Does the job nicely
I wanted to get the higher end C920S, but they're in high demand these days. Instead I got the C310 in an open (well, smashed) box. In spite of the packaging, the camera was in perfect condition. It was easy to set up. Although the mount doesn't firmly grip the top of my monitor, it stays put if I don't fiddle with it, and works perfectly (good image, good sound) for meetings. I highly recommend downloading the Logitech Camera Settings app, which enables you to tweak the video settings. I don't miss the higher end model at all.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Good quality product, simple to use
Small / compact and good quality product and images. The cable is heavier than the webcam itself so it doesn't sit freestanding very well (but I don't need to use it in that way fortunately). It just sits on top of my monitor. The instructions on the Logitech website didn't explain that you can simply plug it in (via USB - (to my MacMini 2013) and then use it via 'Photobooth'. I spent half an hour wondering if it was compatible with my MacMini and whether I had to download any app/software. However it turns out you just simply plug it in. I am using it mainly with Zoom and it automatically activates when starting a meeting. With Photoboth you can take photos and make videos. It was expensive after P&P (£73) but considering we're in the middle of coronavirus and I didn't purchase it early on I'm very pleased with it and it allows me to do my job (teaching online).Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

good low cost webcam! easy setup - works with most software and apps
good webcam. setup is very simple. Works will all surveillance software I have tried it on! auto zoom on motion detection, auto zoom in and follow faces mode is cool. image quality is decent, could be better at longer distances, but within 8-12' it's very clear. Over 10-15' the image is somewhat grainy but still not terrible. Good camera for around the house, use as webcam or baby monitor. I mounted 2 of these on the outside of my house with plexiglass covers for surveillance and so far they've worked out great. We just went through about 2 weeks of 28-40 degree weather, including a snow/ice storm that left everything frozen for days and these cameras worked flawlessly even though they aren't actually designed for outdoor use... For an inexpensive camera they work quite well! They are wired though so they're kind of stuck within a small area around your computer, but if you're willing to buy a few 15-30' usb cables (and then run them) you can cover a large area.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Pricey, not perfect, but good quality
This is a much better vidcam than a wide-angle eBay special that I was using previously. Tighter focus means other Zoom participants see a person, not a room. Also, significantly better audio quality. Minuses: no folding cover for the lens, wimpy green LED to show the video is "on" and feeding the computer. Still a good camera
I am using this with Windows 10 professional on my home computer. It serves as microphone and webcam, and does quite well at both. no problems. You will have to go to Logitech to download a driver, though, since the CD of drivers that are included doesn't have Windows 10 support on it. Aside from that, it's much better than the VGA resolution "fell off a truck in China" brand cam I was using. Decent webcam
Decent webcam for the price. I wouldn't pay more than $15 (including shipping). The mic works well, pixel count a little low (camera eye doesn't have a very wide scope of vision), but good enough image quality and pixel count for general use. Great web cam
I haven't yet used it on a continuous basis. I got it for my mom, and set it up on her computer. But so far, so good. Great, in fact. The setup was painless; it did everything by itself, basically, on a PC running Windows 10. The picture quality is excellent, and the sound quality on a video call was fine. Logitech c310 HD Webcam
The Logitech c310 is great. I really lucked into a fantastic price on eBay. It has more features than i expected or really need. I am enjoying the Motion Detection feature even though it is not why I bought the webcam, it is to have on when out of the house or sleeping and want to know if your pet or family has been wandering around your room while you're away.
