Have to pay return postage
I don't like the fact you have to pay return postage - a self addressed envelope should be provided. Not many instructions are provided - mine where ripped. Also off putting that the plastic bag is wet. The retainer itself fits great. Though the two moulds provided need a medium size. I used the small one which missed out my back teeth purely because the large one just didn't for in my mouth at all! The fact we pay postage and lack of communication ( No note or anything when I got the retainers) did let it down a bit for me.

The mold is really simple and easy to use. The retainers came within a week and the quality is amazing and much better plastic than the ones i received from my actual orthodontist. Highly recommend
