Test-Um LanRoamer Pro TP600 Cable Tester
This is my 2nd Test-Um LanRoamer Pro TP600 Cable Tester. My attempts to purchase one was met with frustration because the item is now discontinued by the company (Viavi) that purchased it's competitor (JDSU). I have owned at least 4 other testers and this one is my favorite. Test, tone, cable length and easy to read display that shows open, short or crossed pairs. Perhaps my favorite feature is "the little beep sound" it makes when the cable tests as a Pass. This allows me to work more efficiently. Was pleased to find one on Ebay in good condition at a fair price

Lanroamer Pro TP-600
Exactly like the one I have had for years. It is simple to operate, easy to set up, and accurate. It tests Cat5e cable so I know if patch cables are correct, and runs of network wiring the same, giving me the length of the cable from one end to the other. Relatively inexpensive as well for what it does.
