Great switch but not a gigabit one
On this model only the uplinks are gigabit. The product description is misleading, giving the impression that the switch is either gigabit or the ports are PoE. It is neither. The correct fully gigabit switch is 2960S-24TS-S. That said this is a great piece of hardware. Good value for money and the condition was nearly mint.

No fully accurate on description
The switch is in good condition and working order but the actual product is only a 10/100 port with two 1Gb uplink ports. Still good value though.
