Natural yeast, no additives or stabilisers added! Works well in a beadmaker. I've found 2 and 1/4 teaspoons perfect for a wholemeal or a 50% wholemeal loaf, and 1.5 to 2tsp for a white loaf, of 600g each. After discovering that supermarket-sold yeast has additives that affect liver function (why???) I found this and would thoroughly recommend it for all baking. This is an excellent product. The only thing was that the yeast wasn't always mixing well in the dough and stay clumped up. The way around that was to disolve it in a bit of warm water.
