I bought this book because it was recomended in the back of a vegetarian cook book I've got which is also really good... this book gives simple yet detailed and thorough information without waffling on with any other rubbish like some of the other books and websites I've come accross... unfortunately ebays listing policies make it harder to find things your interested in, unless you know exactly what your looking for...but such is life...at least the other websites are still easy to find great surprises that are related to something your interested in... enjoy your new lease of life ofter reading this book and putting it into practice... namaste
