  • History re-written in modern fiction

If you've read The Ravenscar Dynasty, then this is a must-read. BTB has very cleverly taken a slice of traumatic English 15th and 16th Century history and positioned the characters in a dynastical 19th Century big business situation, with all the family and business feuding thrown in. Thoroughly enjoyable and a brilliant read.
