    Christmas Cake.

    Bought this on recommendation from my niece, after eating a slice of the best Christmas Cake Ive ever tasted in all my 65+ years. No marzipan or icing but covered in nuts and glacé cherries and figs is superb! The rest of the recipes prove to be great too!

    We bought this as my son is doing a project on British cooking for his GCSE. As Gary Rhodes was famous for that the book was a no-brainier and certainly has not disappointed. It is filled with mouthwatering recipes and great illustrations together with some history of a lot of the dishes.
