Hi there, I bought this book as I have tried so many different Diets that just did not work, I thought this looked different to all the rest. The book itself explains how to make the dishes and it has a variety of foods which I had not even thought of trying to use in my diet. There is nothing in it to dislike unless there are foods in it that you do not fancy. However, I do not have a problem with any of them ! I would say that the book is going to help me once I am in full swing. I am breaking myself in gently. A few of my friends have said that my face looks thinner and what have I done or what am I doing ? I have not told them my secret yet. Just told them that I have started a keep fit class ! I will tell them once I have lost my 1st stone :)
