Life changing book. Practical advice backed up by the Word of God and prayers and scriptures to speak aloud over our kids. I have used this daily for over 2 years and keep buying more for friends. I saw a difference in my children within a month and am always, always encouraged by reading it. Takes a few minutes a day.
