His approach (among many tips) recommends we plan today's emerging tasks for tomorrow (or later) to stop the urgent stuff hijacking today's work. (He does cover the real-world dilemmas of truly important tasks and the boss's demands.) There are plenty of good tips, and the book was different enough to interest me.
