Author BiographyAli Dizaei was born in Iran in 1961. Chief Superintendent in Hounslow, west London, Dizaei is also legal adviser to the National Black Police Association. Tim Phillips is a freelance journalist and has written for a number of publications including the Guardian, Wall Street Journal, International Herald Tribune, Observer, Sunday Times and Independent.
