This book would not be out of place on any healers bookshelf. It is especially helpful of you are of the Metaphysical persuasion. Even if you are slightly agnostic about Metaphysics, I would suggest it is still worth a try!

A list of some 300 health problems and the mindsets that probably caused them, together with affirmation statements to help overcome the mindsets. There is also a short section focusing on back problems. It is very clearly laid out - each ailment is listed with its associated mental cause and affirmation. I found it excellent at helpng me to see a mental pattern in my own health problems. My copy will never be the same again because I highlighted the relevant affirmations!
If you're struggling with mental health issues this is a nice little book as an aid to understanding why you're feeling the way you are. I found it very helpful.
