At the age of thirteen, Danny Sugerman- the already wayward product of Beverley Hills wealth and privilege- went to his first Doors concert. He never looked back. This is his tale. Excessive, scandalous, comic, cautionary and horrifying, it chronicles the 60s dream gone to rot and the early life of a Hollywood Wild Child who was just brilliant at being bad.

  • Best book of its genre. A must read! Hard to find also.

A book about the real life debauchery of the Pop Stars other private sides especially when they get together. A real house with a real cast. Not written to be but still it has undercurrent of a tale of caution. Brilliant book with antics that would get you serious Gaol time. But they were, some still are Rock Stars. .
