In search of insights and spiritual understanding of human nature, I found this book to be so long winded and the subtle insights so few and far between I felt my time could have been better spent in other ways. A disappointing read considering we're here only for the (spiritual) blink of an eye. I can think offhand, of several other books that do the job much better.
