Surprise...
I find Patrick o'Brians work both compelling and full of insight, emotional and humorous. This is as good as any of his works. The relationship between Aubrey and Maturin is the key as always and for me Stephen Maturin's comments add to the enjoyment.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
