If you enjoy using the Dynaband for exercise, then this is a fantastic book to go with it. Its full of really good information. There's loads of pictures to to with the exercises making them very easy to understand. Lots of Warm up and cool down exercises. There's case studies with realistic before and after photo's. Although this book is older, its still a very valuable book to have for anyone who is serious about exercise. I haven't found any other book like it for use with a Dynaband, just wish I'd found it years ago!
