The Dyna-Band Challenge , claims the book, is for anyone who wants to lose inches and achieve a firmer figure in minutes a day. Dyna-Band is a four foot laytex band which, when used in conjunction with the exercises in this book, can, argue the authors, provide the same benefits as a weekly trip to the gym. The book is divided into two main sections - the general challenge and the ultimate challenge. The general challenge is for beginners and contains simple exercises to strengthen, tone and condition all parts of the body, while the ultimate challenge includes more demanding exercises. Also included are warm up and cool down routines, plus special exercises for the older man and woman and children.
