Great Range of Recipes
There is a huge range of recipes covering a range of vegetarian options. Not tried any yet but look forward to doing so. My only criticism would be that very often she says serve this with .... and advises you to make a couple of other dishes. I prefer to make just one dish that fills us up - so I need to get more adaptive.
