Do you sell octopus?
I have most of Tessa Kiros' other books. Somehow this one just never showed its face. Just back from a week on a Portuguese island I wanted a cook book which meant I could make at home some of the fabulous found eaten on that holiday. When I discovered Piri Piri Starfish it had to be that one. When I found nobody seemed to be selling it (new) I was distraught. But good old Ebay came up trumps for me. One brand new copy was soon on its merry way. It is all I wanted and needed it to be. I haven't yet decided which recipe to try first but guess it has to be Octopus followed by those divine little egg custard tarts. First I need source an octopus..... Tessa's books are always far more than recipes books with lots of lovely stories, anecdotes and pictures. A great visual read.
