  • What can you say about the Tiger Club

For anyone involved in aviation the Tiger Club is an institution like no other. The title sums up the book superbly, nothing I can say can add to that accolade. The Tiger Club still exists, it is fighting its corner of GA and still trying to bring the real joy of flying to those who care to seek them out. Nothing in flying quite hits the spot like a tail dragger aircraft and if it is a fabric covered biplane all the better. This book really brings out the enthusiasm of "real flying" and so it is worth a read. If you want to try it yourself, well go and visit the Tiger Club themselves at Damyns Hall Aerodrome near the QE2 Bridge in Aveley in Essex. They will welcome you.
