Not Fit For Purpose
The sticky parts at each end of the heat pads are not fit for purpose as they don't stick sufficiently to keep the heat pads in place. The heat pads are of a reasonable quality and would probably work as advertised.

Only adheres at either end and not very well, therefore its always coming off and doesnt get much heat to skin because of this.
