This little book really has the secret of curing Arthritis.
This regime really works for me, so well in fact that I forget I have Arthritis. In middle age I was crippled and bed bound for several months. The hospital doctor told me my arthritis would only get worse as time went on. Fortunately a nurse on the ward lent me this book because she cured herself with it. It’s not always easy to persist with taking the cider vinegar three times a day, even though it tastes good with honey in a large glass of warm water, but in a few months the benefits will be worth it. My only problem now is remembering that this is what is keeping me healthy. I lend the book to anyone who needs it. This is why I had to buy several new ones. Worth a try at least.
If the alternative is taling drugs with unpleasant side effects then I am happy to give the recommendations in the book a fair try. I have to say that having taken cider vinegar and honey for five weeks now, I can manage on just one dose of Ibuprofen a day to see me through tough gardening activity. I think it's working.
