Bought this to see if the story held up to my childhood memory of it. It mostly did. It's a bit dated now, written in the late 1960s when class and gender attitudes were different, but the story of a possessed set of dinner plates that links to an ancient Welsh legend still held my attention.
Great little story based on the fourth story in the Mabinogion. An exciting and fast read. I would recommend this to everyone especially teenagers who don't like to read
