It really is the easy way
I’m one month smoke free today and haven’t actually wanted to smoke since I read the book, I didn’t find myself being grumpy or having crazy cravings like I use to when I’d previously tried to quit without the book. Id smoked everyday for over 15 years and not managed more than 2 days quitting previously. I would say I’m a non smoker now thanks to Allan car and his easy way! I ordered this book for a friend who wanted to gift it to a friend of hers in Spain. When it was recieved alot of the pages had been highlighted in yellow pen and the pages were wrinkled....The book had obviously gotten wet at some point.
