Moon landing memories
An amazing book with beautiful illustrations that take me back to when I stayed up all night to watch the moon landing live on our black and white television fifty years ago... I used to use the book with my class before I retired from teaching a few years ago... With the fiftieth anniversary of the Eagle landing in the Sea of Tranquility, I needed a copy of the book to share my memories with my five year old grandson... a lovely touch is one of the last illustrations.
