Very disappointing
This is a very superficial treatment of a deep and complex topic. It is set out like a school study-guide, with comprehension questions at the end of each section, to check you'e actually read it. Although every reference to scripture is identified by chapter and verse, there are also stories and anecdotes for which the origin is very unclear. The tone of the book is a series of statements the author believes to be fact, backed by a short passage of scripture and a story from an unknown source.
