Great little Book. Crucial for Hoarders
Having tried to de-clutter so many times I was keen to know what this book could teach me. Linking the clutter, and lack of desire to clear it, to your emotions is powerful. Only a few chapters in when I axed my audio tape music cassettes from 70+ down to about 10. They were all linked to events in my life 40 years ago!! Happy and sad times. Never got around to transferring to CD's so guess never will. If I haven't done anything with the other 10 in a few months time they can go as well. So can the two ancient tape decks which means I can down size on my stereo cabinet and get rid of the ugly monstrosity I currently have.
