If you have an addictive relationship with food this will change your life
This is the best book I have ever read on the subject of overcoming overeating. It explains why diets dont work and actually make you fat. It goes on to explain how to connect with your natural hunger, eat the foods you really want with nothing forbidden and ultimately make peace with food and it gives clear direction on how to do this. A nice side effect I actually lost weight and continue to do so while eating the foods I love
